How to Set Up Extra Service Settings in Transport

The e-cab Taxi Booking Manager plugin allows you to offer additional services to your customers through extra service settings. You can configure these settings in two ways:

Backend: [Transportation information settings > Extra service > Select Extra Option]

Global Extra Service:

Global extra services are applied to all transportation bookings. We already added a predefined extra service. You can edit, update, and use this, or you can create a new post with extra services.

Steps to Set Up Global Extra Service

  1. Navigate to Extra Service Menu: Go to the plugin menu on the left side of your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Add Extra Service: Select the Extra Service menu and click “Add New Post”.
  3. Enter Details: Fill in the details of the extra service (e.g., name, description, price).
  4. Save Changes: Click save to apply the extra service globally.

Backend: [Extra Services > Add New Post]

Custom Extra Service:

Custom extra services are added to individual transportation bookings.

Steps to Set Up Custom Extra Service

  1. Navigate to Individual Transport Settings: Go to the specific transportation setting where you want to add the custom extra service.
  2. Add Extra Service: Within the transport settings, find the extra service section and click on “Add New”.
  3. Enter Details: Please provide the details of the extra service (e.g., name, description, and price).
  4. Save Changes: Click save to apply the custom extra service to the specific transport option.
