Seasonal Pricing Management

Overview

Apply different rental prices based on seasons, dates, or time ranges. Helps adjust pricing dynamically during peak and off-peak periods for better revenue control.

Installation

1. Download the addon zip from your MagePeople account.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Upload the zip file and click Install Now.
4. Activate the plugin from the Plugins page.

Usage

1. After activation, open a rental item and locate the Seasonal Price Configuration panel.
2. Click Add Seasonal Pricing and set a Start Date and End Date for the season.
3. Set the rate for each enabled pricing type (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and/or Monthly) for that season.
4. Update the rental item — when a customer’s rental dates fall within a defined season, the seasonal rate is automatically applied at checkout.
